About Mike

Mike Struzik has been working with organizations since 1977 across financial services, education, retail, and technology. His expertise spans sales management, business development, and sales process implementation.

As VP of Sales & Management Development at Great Western Financial Corporation (Los Angeles) in 1989, Mike led the custom design and cultural rollout of a division‑wide sales methodology—Solution Selling®. After certification was adopted across the bank, he launched his own practice in 1994 as a Solution Selling® Certified Affiliate.
